Additional charges apply for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and anywhere outside the United States.Our free shipping service is handled by UPS Ground, which can take up to 5 business days. We also offer UPS Second Day Air and UPS Third Day Air for expedited delivery. Return PolicyAll returns must be made within 15 calendar days for full credit. All items returned after 15 calendar days will receive store credit. We cannot accept items returned after 30 days or items that have been opened or show visible signs of use.To return an item please contact us at 1-800-241-0001 to obtain a return authorization number (RAN) and the address where the item should be returned. Be sure to include your original invoice with the package to receive the proper credit refund. If an item was sent to you in error, please contact us within 48 hours and we will process the return at no charge. Out of StockAt times, we may become out of stock on popular items. In the event that an item is out of stock, we will contact you and assist you in any way to find a suitable replacement. If a replacement cannot be found, we will either issue full refund or back-order the item.
